PS few words about mobile development I have a Xoom and I use the email and calendar apps. For 1 thing, the notifications from those apps are better integrated into the Xoom. So even if I don't have a browser open, I still get notified of new email and upcoming calendar events. Is that a make-or-break feature? Probably not but it's such a basic thing that I wonder why RIM didn't implement it. And why they make it so playbook owners have to get BlackBerry Bridge in order to get those apps.
I run honeycomb on my nook, dual booted with the software they show on here. It's plenty fast, and if you look for a bargain you can get it for $200. It does pretty much everything a wi-fi ipad would do, and I love the form factor. Playbook seems to me like a joke from a desperate company that realizes that they are losing their relevance. In my opinion the only reason RIM still exists is because the people who make corporate purchasing decisions are too much into their ruts and are intimidated by having to learn something new (even if it is superior).
